I just beat it so if you want help here are some tips:

Bonny and Chica: Play with audio and listen for footsteps, and check the doors immediately if you hear them.

Freddy: When you hear her laughter check for the Camera 6(The kitchen), if she is there you can close the right door until you hear her laughter again.

Foxy: Rng, but how I did it is, Check her room every 3%, when she gets on all fours check it every 1%, when she disappears you need to be fast, close the left door and check the Camera 2A(Left Hallway) and see her running, when she bangs on the door 3 times wait a second and open it. You need to check her running or your energy takes more damage.
