Sorry to hear that. I'll make fixing this a priority. To delete the save file go to Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Flowerglade and you should see a save.ini file. Delete it. This should reset everything.
For now though my advice would be to complete that section in one go, to prevent any weird saving or loading bugs from occurring.
