Honestly don't feel like he'd die from a non fatal looking shot. From what it looked like he go shot right above or around his belly button? Didn't look like he got shot around his heart, and we hear sirens in the background meaning the cops/ambulance could already be otw and I don't think he'd bleed out that fast.
