There's a lot of programs/resources out there for you to help/advance on your game making journey!

Unity + Blender are a very popular combo for all things 3D related. As for the likes of image editing, while Adobe Photoshop and other programs within the Adobe tree are very popular, Adobe have some very questionable business practices lately, so I would suggest picking an image editor of your choosing. If you're looking for editing video files, DaVinci Resolve is one of the best programs for free right now!
