I agree having to use abilities every few hours to top off a Slaves obedience and fear is very tedious and often than not I find myself having to do it constantly. I've chosen the Head Girl Class assuming it'd allow that character to manage a few Slaves for me but that doesn't seem to be the case. Maybe consider doing it like that?
