Like 10 minutes or so, my computer's a windows 7 32 bit (with a few years) but I haven't had any problems with other VN's or games. So It's a bit perplexing...
Have you tried deleting the file, then reinstalling it? Perhaps there was a downloading error?
Did you managed to get it running?
