Thank you for your feedback! I have been meaning to update a few things in the game, primarily the graphics, but haven't got round to setting back up my development environment.
Maybe a "Spend your gold" popup when you try to end your turn with max gold (and something to spend it on) would be the best way of fixing that?
I have known about that bug for a while but haven't managed to find a fix for it. The best workaround is to use the number keys to select a card instead of clicking.
