It's definitely welcome! Also, the design of Olivia is very nice. The model you ended up using does a great job once she gets bigger in the work from home ending(?) with her clothes.

Do you think you might update this game to make the way it works clearer?
On my 1st playthrough I thought the choices only affect the dialogue right after and nothing else. I think it's a bit of a problem that there is no system for tracking which endings you got and which ones you didn't, which is made even worse by the fact that there is no way of telling what will be the result of the choice you've made, especially if you don't know what comes after it.

Why does choice 1 let you make 3 more choices a given conversation but choice 3 ends it, but then making a choice that sounds the same 2 conversations down the line has a completely different effect

So far I've found 2 endings, one where she works from home and gets relatively big then the game randomly ends, and one where the game ends earlier with her leaving and sending a photo from before she started growing in the email. Are those endings considered to be some of those 10 advertised endings, but happening from different decisions you've made earlier? I've replayed the game like 30 times and I'm starting to get tired of it, and I did everything short of bruteforcing every single combination of choices and writing down what I did each time, but that's suffering and not enjoyable gameplay unfortunately...

I've also found a bug: Losing the game by getting fired instantly resets it but sometimes doesn't change the background, so I ended up having the 1st short opening dream sequence in the office.

definitely taking this into consideration. Also thank you for reporting the bug. Working on a guide to make it more enjoyable.
