Same problem with bugydigital, some mods npc's, like baldi's Basics Times have most of their AI disabled, like crazy clock, watcher and bubbly don't work and dont do  anything at all, so I sometimes stop using the mod menu, please try to fix it, don't feel forced, do anything when you can do it.
