My one suggestion is to outline the dark colored banners, then blank those out. The text may need a dark outline. Otherwise this looks great so far. Just minor changes and nits from me.
I just uploaded a new version, let me know if this one is better! It's the third download button. I've also uploaded a company sheet for the knights to keep track of the squires, steeds, and warbands. There are 4 company sheets on one A4 page, so printing it will be easier.
