When you lower the lever right after the spikes next to Annie a secret passage will open right where Annie is standing, once down there place a teleporter and go back to the start of the level in order for Moon to appear with the goblins. To get the animation next to te shop girl you gotta restart the first Annie level until the girl in black dissapears, then just bring mason to the shop station.
