How do I move on pc the head is just backwards

But I try using walk sim and it does the same
servers dont work when mods are in for some reason
if you play it on your pc your head will be stuck and you cant move to good
it don’t work I open the oculus pc app and it don’t show up
and also I open steam vr app on my vr and pc but when I connect it says error 404 something about a gui idk what it is but I won’t let me connect to my pc AT ALL
