Is that the first time you play the game ? Because apparently the issue is due to a save file
yes first download and start of the game where would i go to delete the save file? i did change the language to eng when i started the game the first time maybe thats it?
When you clicked on New Game did you get the choice between Classic mode and story mode?
I think it's not the language because I tried from a fresh game and I didn't get issues.
no i do not get a choice it just goes to that error screen instantly as i click new game

Try moving your game folder elsewhere, like on Desktop for example.
