Wow that's really nice! The control scheme is hard to get at first but fun once you get it. I feel like there could be more feedback on your "charge level", the eyes are just too small for me. Also, when your tail can't make it to where your head is it becomes a bit frustrating. But it's already very very good for a jam game!
Visuals are insanely cute and very polished, and sound design and music are perfect.
Really good job on this, I'm impressed!
