Heya! Thanks for the reply. I checked and it did send an email, though that email is tied to the patreon I subbed to you.
regardless, the issue is now resolved on my end for the Itch payment I made. Yes, I have paid you twice for your product and feel you deserve it, but I would suggest double checking the authorization log in system as I had issues connecting the Patreon email. Though I did not try the Patreon Nickname, I may try that later and update you somehow through comments or discord!
Anyways I just want to say thank you for the help, and the problem is no longer an issue.

Thanks for the kind words! Sometimes automatically script can broken for some reason, but it's very rarely problem. else can be problem with itch, but it's too rarely. We're checking it constantly, so idk why you had problem with it, but we also have tech support in Discord/Email/TG, where they can help
