Fun game!!! I'd suggest adding additional spells and maybe sprinting (second one is personal xD)
Also maybe upgrades or buffs after leveling up a certain level. Not sure if they're already in there, but if they are maybe add something to encourage and continue playing the game and retrying. I played like 5 mins. It felt like I was in a loop hole: attack - pick up meat - use space spell - continue
