I am an absolute sucker for these OS-based analog horror games that have been in vogue recently so it's really cool to see them prop up here in Corrupted Machine. I like the terminal-based approach to the layout of puzzles and it was a bold idea to provide little guidance to players on how to progress, leading to the potential for problem-solving and exploring through the file structures. I liked the story of the increasingly unhinged temp worker watching the cameras and realising something was amiss. I think with a bit more time, adding a little more interactivity or features on the simulated OS could have helped encourage players explore a bit. Great work!

Thank you for your feedback! I really tried to make this game as little to no guidance to make player to immersive himself more into the game. I only added some more direct guidance after completing first ending and just slightly gave a hint for the second ending. After fixing bugs, I saw that it would have been better, if I also provided more sprites for different files to add more diversity to the game (at least different images for the virus files because it gets confusing and rather frustrating) but as I am a bad artist (it was soo hard for me to draw everything) I tried to do as little to none artwork.

Again, thank you for playing the game and for your great feedback!

No worries! Imitating an entire OS in a week ain't simple, so it's a great achievement. Definitely check out how older OSes went about it - sometimes simple unscaled pixel art *is* the vibe!
