I know this is over a year old, but since no one else answered the android concerns, there is one key command you can easily enter while on Android:
Escape.(Aka the back button)
Unbind the pause/cancel option and set the back command of your phone to all the cheats you want actiaved upon pause, then reattach the back command to your pause/cancel(optional) and hit "done"
