Because not every girl just wants to get fucked whenever a dude wants it. Even if it is in "Eternum" its more than a game for them, its like an alternate reality and they feel everything they do.. so it really isn't much different than sex irl. but the pregnancy thing, I'm not sure.. you got me beat there, well obviously they wouldn't get pregnant in "real life" but id like to assume they couldn't get pregnant in Eternum either.
No, there will be times where u can pick the edgy options or choose such n such to die or some other choice that can slightly alter the opinions of the people around you and such but its nothing that your really gonna be able to tell. Since it is still a visual novel with a specific story trying to be told after all so, dont expect that kind of freedom to literally mold yourself into a Hero or a Villian, in my opinion throughout the game ive learned that you kinda lean back and forth between the spectrums but pretty much are around the grey area of do whatever tf Orion wants when he feels he needs to. If anything though id say your pretty much forced down the road of the more cocky confident type anyways, in my opinion.
