There's no viruses or trojans in Lefty's. It's a false positive that happens regularly with Clickteam games. My guess is that in the past someone had included a tojan by the name of "schoolgirl" in their clickteam exe, and antivirus programs falsely think that every other clickteam exe file includes it as well.
Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about this other than assuring you, again, that there's nothing malicious hiding in the Lefty's executable.
