The spoon needs to be rotated at a specific speed, not too fast, not too slow for the fastest increase.

follow up, I have made the cheese (one of each) but it wont let me leave.
Have you put the cheese in the front of the store? Do you get a message when trying to leave? I think you need to grab a basket from the counter after that to leave the place.
