Story and art seem very solid so far.
It should also be noted this isn't exactly a feel good/happy game. The author does a good job of making you hate 3-6 characters, so prepare to be angry. Lastly, while NTR is not in the game there are elements of it ("I'm going to blankety blank your lover in front of you now" type stuff). Mostly on the "corruption" routes, but some on "love" as well.
Edit: In the most recent update (0.8.1) some allusion to NTR or attempted at least. Even though I know me hating characters is a compliment to the writing, I think for those plot points I'd never be able to give the game 5 stars.
Overall, (edit: still) looking forward to seeing where the game goes. Honestly, the art is some of the best out there for adult games.
