Btw Tumblr has this feature called Kokobot where you can anonymously vent/ talk about problems and worries and have the support of many people responding to you. Only positive comments are allowed and it honestly made me feel tons better. You also have the option to help others if you can. I highly recommend checking it out if you have a Tumblr acc! :)
Also I'm in full support of you doing things that make you happy. I think discovering small things that calm you down and going back to them when you feel stressed can be helpful. Like yoga, tea, weighted blankets, comfort foods/shows, games, books.
