To close that branch without learning from her, you need to decline twice in the dialogue. If you did that - no more fox pussy for you that meeting branch closes. Though, Yoshi will appear in the upcoming stories.
In the spell learning dialogue you declined 2 times since "Nah, I don't want to learn magic" is the second time you decline her. She asks twice in the same dialogue, and if you bounce both times, this closes this meeting branch with Yoshi.
