How to remove the 3 pillars in the tower of succubs?

I guess you're talking about the first floor, right?
You need to use the grimmoire of conjuration on a rom with an altar with the same pillars.
Once you activate the grimmoire there, you'll hear a sound which will remove the pillar in the middle which blocks the path.
