Simple Condensed Milk Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can of milk (use the condensed milk can as a measure)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar (for the caramel)
Instructions:
- Making the caramel:
- Place the sugar in a pan over low heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar melts and forms a golden caramel.
- Pour the caramel into a bundt pan, covering the bottom and sides. Set aside.
- Making the pudding:
- In a blender, blend the condensed milk, regular milk, and eggs for about 2 minutes, until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated pan.
- Baking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the pudding in a water bath (place the bundt pan inside another pan filled with water).
- Bake for about 1 hour and a half or until the pudding is set.
- Finishing:
- Let the pudding cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once chilled, carefully unmold and serve.
