Simple Condensed Milk Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can of milk (use the condensed milk can as a measure)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar (for the caramel)

Instructions:

  1. Making the caramel:
    • Place the sugar in a pan over low heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar melts and forms a golden caramel.
    • Pour the caramel into a bundt pan, covering the bottom and sides. Set aside.
  2. Making the pudding:
    • In a blender, blend the condensed milk, regular milk, and eggs for about 2 minutes, until smooth.
    • Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated pan.
  3. Baking:
    • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the pudding in a water bath (place the bundt pan inside another pan filled with water).
    • Bake for about 1 hour and a half or until the pudding is set.
  4. Finishing:
    • Let the pudding cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
    • Once chilled, carefully unmold and serve.
