You mentioned that you got stuck several times, could you describe how in as much detail as happened? What buttons where pressed, when it got stuck and in what way. Since it sounds like a game breaking bug I really wanna fix that.
I've been through the same thing. The game UI is gone, just the song and background. And it happened randomly.
