Alright, I think we should check the cached data first. This script will kill the temporary old data for nwjs engine which RPG Maker uses. I'm not sure it will help yet it's the best thing I can think of now. You should run the bat file from your user without logging in as administrator and it should do anything except destroy old nwjs data.

Sorry, it is my driver update going crazy, I went to Dell website and realised my driver that supportAssist didn't detect some driver update it seem to have fix the problem
