Hello, Tyler Warren. I was wondering what tool you use to make the art pixelated. I have tried several tools, and I can not get it right. Thank you!
Mostly Photoshop (resizing and pencil tool at the small scale. I then use another program called Pixatool that makes it easy to change palettes. Hope that helps.
