the upgrades that say "-x% cooldown" seem to not lower the cooldown by a percent. i purchased everything in le shop and my cooldown is still only at 9.74, which seems very very slow for what all the upgrades said they would do. additionally, the rebirth says it multiplies income by an additional .5 (or at least thats what i thought it would do) but seems to only at .5, not multiply it by 1.5. is this a bug or is it just communicated poorly? if its not a bug then this game is way too slow in my opinion, it took me 40 minutes to get past to rebirth 2.
