I intended 'enjoy the view' to be a little bit of a riddle hehe but you got it, just stand still outside for 5 sec until the character starts looking into the distance. The exact storage is exactly 10 points in each food, utility and happiness meters. When you go over, it shows overfill as numbers (+1, +5, etc.)
