For the first one, that is the reletionship screen, which you can see by clicking the hearts and the 2 mail icons on the bottom-left of the screen, one is for NPCS and the other one is for Random Encounters, i don't know what will happen for them getting to 100, but for the NPC ones, it might unlock new scenes and stuffs, maybe the same can happen for the Random Encounters?
