I can mostly agree on all your points, I just don't see any of these characters as real. So if I see a doujin where the girl is childish I will often just enjoy the art or read it anyway. As long as the people understand that this kind of stuff isn't ok irl and shouldn't be talked about publicly, I really don't care. For a lot of people what makes certain types of porn uncomfortable for them comes from internalized feelings. In which case. go somewhere else. For me I can actually throw up from readding NTR because I had problems with self worth in my past, even now that I've gotten over it I still feel sick reading it. So I feel some amount of authority on the subject lol.
With scanning harder to find actual petite characters, I just don't have the time.
