Are you using a dedicated graphics card or the integrated Intel thingy? You need a graphics card capable of supporting OpenGL 4.0 to run Hedon with this version of the engine. Also, can you check if the freeware version runs for you?
If you're below requirements, contact hedongame@yahoo.com and I'll try to make you a custom build on an older engine version, although I can't promise it will work without any (minor) bug.
