Easiest method I can suggest is to Flatten (CTRL + F) and then Undo (CTRL+Z) once you're done with the plugin.MAKE SURE YOU DON'T ACCIDENTALLY SAVE AND CLOSE WHILE FLATTENED OR YOU'LL LOSE YOUR LAYERS!
