The game is very good so far the only thing missing is the gender selection as shemale or peach boy and audio
I prefer not to have audio added in the game since it's "texted based " but maybe it's good idea as well but with sound settings.
The game has wonderful animations, so it should probably have audio...
I agree with the sound idea of yours but let's make it quiet as a default we don't want any sounds to be heard around us, it can be change in the setting menu.
