I think maybe something is missing inside the code, I've had something like this, and there is no way to fix it. I would maybe suggest downloading it from the official Team Ari website.
the official team ari site just redirects here, the only way i could get it to work is if i run it on a windows 7 virtual machine, so i think this is a windows 11 specific issue
