Is it intended for another prisoners chance to remove the hypnovisor from me while im in stocks to be affected by how hypnotized i am?
I don't know but I know if a fellow prisoner has one it acts the same as you described.
I mean if they dont have one on, but i do, why do they have the same chance of taking it off of me, as i do taking it off myself, sorry if i wasn't clear earlier
