just unlock a door at night, exit, then go unlock it again. it will increase the lockpick EXP to promote you to upgrade your skill.
Basically spamming lockpicking but dont do nothing after you unlock a door (for example, unlock Dana's door but dont do anything, just exit and unlock again till EXP is build up)
