You should be able to unlock all scenes just by playing the game, the only thing that is locked behind the "traits" is some minor choices like "android" being nude in once scene instead of wearing a swim suit.
Once you unlock the scene you can replay it and pick different answers/options and they should have no influence on the main game (as the game is done by one person and is in rather early build some jank and bugs might happen).
I also noticed that some scenes in gallery seem to not be in a correct order or that you can uncover some out of order.
