1000$ = R$5414,50 brazillian money :0

A pichau pc here with R$1200 promotion would be better than a phone that costs R$5414,50.

But btw, a 60 fps Sansung here costs R$1400,00 lol, so in my calcules, a phone that has 60 fps in United states costs in media $600,00/$700,00

You can't Get 60 Fps,Its because the game Sets the fps limit to 30.
