It's essentially impossible to miss out on any content, you don't need to do anything extra. Since HH is primarily a visual novel, it should be as easy as reading a book, flipping the page, going to the next chapter. In cases where there are pre-requisites to events, the game will tell you what you need to do.
Thank you Runey! I have one last clarifying question just to make sure I understand. Take, as an example, the scene where F&E go with you to the beach and end up passing out on the bed. Had I gave them lemonade instead of beer, would the scene still show up in the gallery, with the option to give them beer the second time? Or did my choice to give them beer trigger the scene unlocking in the gallery?
