There are several things you can do, though that scene does need significant updates considering it's construction. Telling her you've had sex with Alex alone is 4 love, but being able to report most other interactions or give her photos will net a couple of points. Ingeneral if you need some hints on directions you can currently go to get points from her, look into the scene guide in the "Texting Haily" scenes for options of things you might be able to say
