Hi, you can pass through tubes rolling into them :) (left shift with the keyboard)
just pass the first tube on the right and the run will start.
you cant kill the mob but you can slow him down with the slime.

difficulty is a bit too high, it seems that most people cannot finish it.
I think you almost did it though, if you saw the tubes of a different texture, that is very close to the end .
