is it just me or is the breathing not working? I got killed by chica 3 times now and I cant hear any breathing

Volume on max fixed it, I think in settings it says to move the slider until you can hear the crickets and thats loud enough to hear them breathe
I thought chica was'nt there and it got me so bad.
