If you still need it, you have to collect all required parts, two of them inside vent in same room as fixing machine, then from pc you summon her to the table, leave and click on machine outside

maybe you haven't checked vent, cuz first time i also couldn't collect all parts, you can also create some of them in the endo crushing room i think
