That's impossible because this is not and Arcade rom that would be run via MAME emulator. As i'm explaining at the top of the description this game is made and run with the OpenBOR engine. So it's not MAME compatible and you can only play it on on the platforms on which the OpenBOR engine is ported. For example OpenBOR for Android, for PC, iOS and MACOS (unoficial sideload), or even PSVita (also unoficial OpenBOR port).
These are your actual options.
By the way i have seen people creating their own custom made windows or android based Arcade machines and play my game there.
