Yeah idk then, i did all those things. I had some diolauge with the mechanic girls, and when ever I go to the car it says I can find someone to do it. I've done the lights and the sign, is there more debris that i have to clear, or do I just need to start over completely?
When you go to the main hall of the sewers after turning off the sign and turning on the lights the chud king should contact you. You also visit the little room right across the bridge (that's new) then you should have a new upgrade tree available that lets you upgrade the 3 new rooms.
