After you have completed the Training Event, go to Ken's house on any day and, if triggered, you will find him and Samantha having fun. Join them and Samantha will ask you to invite Adrian to the Public Pool the next time you want to repeat the event. Go to Adrian Bedroom first to invite him out and just rent the Public Pool as usual.
