Your message helped but I don't seem to be able to access some of the ones I missed. So I'm guessing that I'm at either restarting the game or just having to wait for the next increases in affection. On a side note, I apologized to Ladira and then it said "Wait" as the next hint. Now suddenly, the quest hints shows "Wait" crossed out and "Apologize..." as still needing to be completed (she also gave me the med when I asked about the race again - I had won it fairly earlier in game play). So, I'm getting confused and have a feeling that my best course is to probably start all over. Thank you for the hints.
